| We provide emergency care during normal business hours. Should your pet require emergency care, please call the clinic prior to your departure so we will be fully prepared for your arrival.
What do I do if I have an emergency after hours?
Emergencies are referred to one of the following emergency centers:

Call the emergency clinic before you leave to alert them of your arrival.

Drive by or tour the clinic of choice to familiarize yourself with its location before you need it for an emergency.

If you do not have the emergency clinic number handy, our after hours answering machine will give you the phone numbers and/or will forward your call to either emergency center.
What do I do if I need to contact the doctor for a question over a weekend or holiday?

A voice mail system is available to leave messages for the doctor. It is checked twice daily on Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. The messages are retrieved between 8:00am and 9:00am and again between 5:00pm and 6:00pm. Your message will be returned with the understanding that it is only for answering questions that you may have regarding your pet. If your animal needs medical attention, please go to one of the above listed clinics.

Messages left on a weeknight will be checked between 7:00am and 7:30am
of the following day.
